2. The Purposes for which We Use the Data

We collect your personal data during the registration process. We use your personal data to produce and provide the service and possible communications regarding the service. In addition, we might collect information that we will use to improve the service or its parts.

Your data is stored in a third-party server environment that we control. This environment complies with strict safety regulations. All customer data for the service (including the data collected from the users) is owned by the customer and we do not reserve any rights to that data. For example, customer user data, data collected through the platform, and the content within the service are customer’s data, although it is physically and technically located on the servers controlled by us. This data is only used to provide the service to the customers.

We are prepared and equipped with the necessary precautions to secure personal data and to prevent any unauthorized handling of this data. Access to our servers is restricted to those people that have received permission from us. Our server environment is a third-party server environment that is strictly secured and protected. Physical access to this environment is restricted to those people with permission to access the facilities. These people are required to identify themselves to the data center personnel with an identification card and a personal identity card in order to access the data center. The data center and the servers are monitored around the clock with strict security precautions.

Your data is backed up daily inside the physical data center. Your personal data is transferred to the Service through an SSL secured connection between your browser and our servers. The connections of the responders are also secured by TLS.

5. Disclosure and Assignment of the Information

We do not sell or disclose your personal data for any commercial purpose or any third parties without your prior consent. However, we may transfer your personal data according to our terms of service to third-party services that are used to provide the service as a whole. In such situations, we comply with the terms of the third parties and ensure that your data is safe with third parties.

In addition, we may use third-party software to track our users and analyze their use of the service. This information is only used to improve and further develop the service.
